HALLOWEEN black burger

Ingredients

  • 1 Burger con Carbone vegetale
  • 2 medium aubergines
  • 2 peppers
  • 250 g tomato puree Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
  • Parmesan flakes (optional)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the aubergines and peppers: wash the aubergines and cut them into thin slices. Sauté them in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper until lightly browned. Cut the peppers into strips and cook them on a medium heat in a frying pan with a little extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the tomato puree evenly over the pizza base, creating a creamy, rich layer.
  3. Add the aubergines and peppers. Arrange the cooked courgette slices evenly on top of the hummus. Finely chop the fresh mint leaves and scatter them over the pizza for an aromatic touch. Finish by adding the oregano.
  4. Bake: bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 10-12 minutes, until the base is golden brown and crispy.
  5. The final touch: before serving, add a drizzle of raw oil and, if you like, a few slivers of Parmesan cheese for an extra touch of flavour.
